Since the end of December, we have been having issues with some of the orders received through the website store. Some orders come through with no shipping/handling charges; others have no mailing address. If we have an issue with your order, you will be notified by email about the problem, and a suggested solution. If shipping/handling did not appear on your order, your order will be cancelled and a refund issued. If we did not receive a mailing address, you can email that directly to us. We can take email orders and get checks by mail until we have this resolved. We understand that this is frustrating and appreciate your patience.
On a positive note, this week's orders have all come through correctly, so hopefully, it is already resolved!
